Misti Ray's knowledge of of home buying/selling was apparent the minute I talked with her. When she called me, her personality and energy came through the phone is a sincere fashion and I knew she was the right person to help my family buy our first home. The knowledge she shared on the county taxes and resale thoughts and concerns made my nerves go away on taking such a big leap and buying a home even in the middle of a pandemic. October 2020
Again, Misti's knowledge was amazing. She brought things to our attention when viewing homes and even for the inspections. She gave me a list of inspectors and gave me feedback on each of them. Her attention to detail was so similar to mine, it was great to work with because she made me feel comfortable and not like an over the top picky buyer. She was amazing with closing and as I stated before, she helped take away nerves that my family faced.
She was fantastic, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone I know. I would honestly push my friends and family to use her because of her attitude and professionalism. I will use Misti for any future changes on properties in my life as long as she is in the business.

Misti was fabulous from start to finish. She came in months before we were ready to list, gave us solid advice and helped us formulate a plan. She was readily available with quick feedback at all times. Her strategy was spot on and we had an accepted offer (above asking price) in less than a week. We enjoyed working with Misti and would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Took the time to get to know us and our needs/wants. She made our issues her issues and our concerns her concerns. She made sure negotiations were made when necessary to get us the best deal possible while still being fair to the buyers. She also made sure our expectations were realistic.
