She communicated constantly so we knew what was going on. Her knowledge of the area, including state/county/city resources was a critical piece in the process knowing what paperwork needed to be completed or where to reach out when we needed extra documentation. This saved time in the process so we weren't missing anything when it came time to close. The next time we start the house hunting process we will be going with Misty. She was an amazing agent! ?
