She was always available and answered all my questions. I am not new to this process. 95 Pecanwood Dr was the 5th home I have purchased so I know a great Realtor and I know the process. By far she proved to be an excellent/sharp/dependable/friendly Realtor. I valued her opinions and suggestions as she was great the first time I dealt with her. She went over and above in representing on my behalf and for that I am truly greatful. I met with Misty Rivers along with my daughter who was looking for a fixer upper. We went over the house noting things that would need immediate attention and what could wait till later to fix. Misty made some good recommendations for what this house compared to around the area and contractors to get bids from. We were also on the same page when we discussed how much to offer for the house, she made the offer that evening and we had a signed contract the next day even though I live out of town and went to closing two weeks later. Misty went above and beyond to get us a home that we could see ourselves owing for the next 20 years. My wife and I must have seen at least 20 homes with Misty and she never once showed any signs of being annoyed or aggravated. In fact, she encouraged us to take our time and to keep looking at homes until we found "the one". This is something to value in an agent. We did not feel pressured at any step of the process. We felt very comfortable with her knowledge of the area, the types of homes we would be interested in, and more importantly, the ones we would not be interested in. She payed attention to our wants and needs and was always checking in on us to see if we had any questions or concerns. As we typically could only see houses late in the week or on the weekends, and since we were still 3 hours away, I know it was a slight inconvenience to have her show homes after picking up kids or on Saturdays and Sundays. We are truly thankful and happy that Misty was our agent, and will definitely refer anyone looking to purchase in the area to her in the future.
