He is always professional and courteous, has deep experience in the Central Valley market and has excellent insights into setting an appropriate price, creative sales and marketing approaches, and is very professional in leading the sale with other Realtors. From first contact through closing, always reliable with great follow through. Also worked with Toni Bowen on both sales, excellent at communicating, quick follow through, very reliable and understanding, and works well with other Realtors in managing the sales process. Would definitely seek out both Mitch and Toni for any future real estate needs!

Seller reviewMitch was always professional in appearance and behavior. He sent updates via email regarding his sales achievements and current market trends. He respected my request to call periodically just to stay in touch. He came to my home to assess its sales potential and made some suggestions. I had told Mitch that he would be my choice when the the time came to list my home. When my husband died in September of 2022, it took time to make the decision to sell. Mitch gave me space and in August of 2023 I told him it was time. Patience and professionalism were key factors in my decision to select Mitch as my agent. He's a good human being. Great person to work with. Everyone was very relatable and comfortable to work with. When necessary they found a workaround to achieve the best result. I mostly worked with Toni and Carolina who were exceptional. Escrow was perfect too! The buyers were anxious to close quickly. It was a cash sale and I wanted to move as quickly as possible. Mitch knew I was relying on my daughter to help out and I relayed I would need at least 30 days. We were able to close in 3 weeks.
