Thanks for stopping by to view my profile. My name is Mitzi Krause and I have been a Realtor with Century 21 Arrowhead Real Estate since 2001. Before then, I was a Store Manager for a retail chain. I have always enjoyed meeting and working with people which is what led me to my career in real estate. I am married to a wonderful man--we have two amazing children, a spoiled dog, and two cats, which by the way, act more like a dog than our dog does. We are committed to our kids' active school and sports life and love taking part in every function they are involved in. In my spare time, I like to spend time with friends, read, and run (a new found love). When it comes to my career, I am devoted to making sure my client's transaction, whether it's buying or selling, is a pleasurable one. Seller reviewOverall, Mitzi made this process so much better. Being active duty in san diego and not being able to be over at the house to really see everything, mitzi really helped me process when things were going well and when things needed to be repaired or improved. When a decision needed to be made, mitzi would give me the details for each to go with either decision. I can see why mitzi has the reputation of getting it done. Buyer reviewMitzi made the selling and buying experience way less stressful by keeping us informed, knowledgeable, and prepared for any eventualities. Mitzi was on top of the contracts and closing requirements. She kept in constant contact with our lender and the sellers agent to move the process along. When asked, she gave us good feedback on the strength and quality of our offers. While I didn't deal with other staff very much, someone came to take pictures of the old house for listing purposes and they did a wonderful job capturing quality photos. Mitzi is a wonderful person and a fantastic agent. She's a shark when needed while staying polite and respectful of all parties.
