I was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. I have lived in South Tampa since 2004 and have been involved with numerous sports leagues and community activities, including The Board of Directors for Florida Hospital. I went to Florida State University where I played Varsity soccer all 4 years. I have been a Realtor since 2004 with Century 21 Bill Nye Realty. Buying and selling your home is an important decision and I believe communication is the key in facilitating the ultimate goal to a successful transaction. Seller reviewI was referred to Molly by a friend of mine who is a real estate agent. My first conversation with Molly was very positive and I just knew we would click. Molly was very helpful all the way through the sale of the property. We even had to deal with 2 hurricanes one being a direct hit on Palmetto while trying to close on the property. She provided contacts to get property up to snuff for closing and went out of her way to push through the closing so the buyer and I were satisfied. Molly was top notch in my book as a real estate agent willing to go the extra mile for you.

Seller reviewMolly and Ella were fantastic. As a team they provided great feedback and were very receptive of our needs throughout the entire process. Both went out of their way to help during two severe storms that impacted the area volunteering to check on the property in addition to making sure their family and freinds were taken care of. Molly priced the property accordingly and we adjusted as needed based on the market and we had complete trust in her guidance. All of the work they put in from the initial proposal to closing made for a relatively stress free sale, as much as it can be stress free! Bottom line, if a family member or friend in the area needed help listing a property we would not hesitate to reccommend Molly and her team!
