I was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. I have lived in South Tampa since 2004 and have been involved with numerous sports leagues and community activities, including The Board of Directors for Florida Hospital. I went to Florida State University where I played Varsity soccer all 4 years. I have been a Realtor since 2004 with Century 21 Bill Nye Realty. WOW just WOW!!! From day one Molly went the extra mile. Being new to the area she provided insight and detail I wasn't aware of regarding insurances, inspections and most importantly my buyer rights. Molly took the time to understand MY needs, yet also kept me on track with finding the right home. I'm very particular and her patience was beyond appreciated. I was impressed with her knowledge of construction and appreciated when she pointed out pros and cons. Molly is beyond through and her negotiation tactics are on point. So many realtors work for themselves but not Molly; she has your best interest at heart and will help you find the home your looking for.

We had worked with Molly in finding our dream vacation home in Redington Shores 2 years ago. The experience was the best we ever had with a realtor. We decided to make a permanent move to the area and worked with Molly again for over a year to find a home with our long list of "must haves". Molly worked endlessly in looking for homes and scheduling showings when we were in town. We finally found "the one" and couldn't be any happier. We adore Molly and she has become like family to us. I was referred to Molly by a friend of mine who is a real estate agent. My first conversation with Molly was very positive and I just knew we would click. Molly was very helpful all the way through the sale of the property. We even had to deal with 2 hurricanes one being a direct hit on Palmetto while trying to close on the property. She provided contacts to get property up to snuff for closing and went out of her way to push through the closing so the buyer and I were satisfied. Molly was top notch in my book as a real estate agent willing to go the extra mile for you.
