I was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. I have lived in South Tampa since 2004 and have been involved with numerous sports leagues and community activities, including The Board of Directors for Florida Hospital. I went to Florida State University where I played Varsity soccer all 4 years. I have been a Realtor since 2004 with Century 21 Bill Nye Realty. She's the best! Molly helped me buy and sell a previous house in Land O Lakes. I wouldn't dream of using another real estate agent. She was very patient and collaborative when I began just window shopping for houses and was completely supportive when I realized I had found "the one" about 6 weeks earlier than planned. Molly did an excellent job in marketing our house, the planning and execution of open houses, and communication of prospective buyers. She was extremely informative about the local market and was in constant communication with us on updates throughout the sales process. We have sold several houses over the years and Molly was by far the best realtor we have ever used. She was very professional and was a please to with with in selling our homie. I would recommend Molly highly to any prospective buyer or seller in the future. Molly made the experience pleasant and was very efficient throughout the sales process and to closing. We would highly recommend Molly. All experience was great through out the sales process to closing. The overall process was excellent.

We are new to the Tampa area and were referred to Molly . We contacted Molly with a few house prospects and they were from one end of Tampa to the other . She kindly and efficiently organized our house hunting weekends. She patiently helped us narrow our options down ( and this was during quarantine) so PATIENCE was greatly appreciated . We found a town house and wanted to put in a pool . That was A big deal for us ! she arranged to have all the people all here at the right time to help us confirm our purchase. We just closed on our new South Tampa home and are so excited. We would recommend Molly to anyone!
