This property was time consuming and rather difficult to deal with because of the location and stipulations on said property, Molly went above and beyond her expected duties to get this land sold. Molly even traveled over 3 hours to survey and assess the property. She dealt beautifully with every buyer including one woman who was dealing with personal issues and needed to wait and buy the property after settlement. Molly actually stayed in contact with that buyer for over a year. She even met with her in person, traveling a long distance. The property sold to another individual but she recontacted the very interested buyer to inform her of the status. There were so many interested buyers and so much due diligence involved with each interested prospect. To add to her situation, there were also two owners. Molly dealt with each person individually addressing their needs and concerns. Everyone should be so fortunate to work with a Realtor like Molly. SHE WAS AMAZING!

Molly's attention to detail is unparalleled. She took the time to explain every single aspect and answer questions thoroughly and promptly, even if I asked them more than once. She had great information about the areas (she seemed to know people or sold homes to people in most of the places went). She was very helpful in the negotiations as we discussed what would be fair. She could sense when I was unsure and hesitant and knew when to step in with concrete ideas. During inspection, she knew what to look for and was super careful to point out various elements. She kept everything on track time wise and communicated with all the third parties promptly and professionally. Molly is incredible. She could answer all questions, responded quickly, followed up if I hadn't responded, navigated all of the complexities, etc. I loved that she had plentiful resources and references she could connect us with -- from the mortgage broker (which was huge that she has specific people she works frequently with) to local painters. After our initial meeting with Molly, our first response was "we love her." We found her by chance while internet searching for a realtor, and this was the best decision we made.
