I was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. I have lived in South Tampa since 2004 and have been involved with numerous sports leagues and community activities, including The Board of Directors for Florida Hospital. I went to Florida State University where I played Varsity soccer all 4 years. I have been a Realtor since 2004 with Century 21 Bill Nye Realty. Buying and selling your home is an important decision and I believe communication is the key in facilitating the ultimate goal to a successful transaction. Seller reviewThis property was time consuming and rather difficult to deal with because of the location and stipulations on said property, Molly went above and beyond her expected duties to get this land sold. Molly even traveled over 3 hours to survey and assess the property. She dealt beautifully with every buyer including one woman who was dealing with personal issues and needed to wait and buy the property after settlement. Molly actually stayed in contact with that buyer for over a year. She even met with her in person, traveling a long distance. The property sold to another individual but she recontacted the very interested buyer to inform her of the status. There were so many interested buyers and so much due diligence involved with each interested prospect. To add to her situation, there were also two owners. Molly dealt with each person individually addressing their needs and concerns. Everyone should be so fortunate to work with a Realtor like Molly. SHE WAS AMAZING!
