I was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. I have lived in South Tampa since 2004 and have been involved with numerous sports leagues and community activities, including The Board of Directors for Florida Hospital. I went to Florida State University where I played Varsity soccer all 4 years. I have been a Realtor since 2004 with Century 21 Bill Nye Realty. Molly was wonderful! I had originally met her while touring a home with a friend that she was hosting an open house for. I wasn't quite ready to start shopping at that point, but knew immediately that Molly had to be my agent once I was ready. And she didn't disappoint! She handled the entire process for me and made purchasing my first home a breeze (other than getting stuck in a shed with no breeze). She's definitely the best of the best!

If I could give a "double patient" rating I would. Molly is more than understanding. I have never felt rushed with her to make a decision about anything. I'm so fortunate to have worked with her. I will continue to utilize her in the future when I purchase again. This was our 2nd house we purchased with the help of Molly Nye, and have to say she makes buying a new home seem so comfortable. I've never met someone who works as hard and tirelessly as she does. She's there to answer any and all questions and makes sure all parties know what is going on during the process. Her knowledge in the industry is second to none. Molly Nye and her sister, Missy Hileman, were a great team. When one of them was busy, the other would show up and be fully knowledgeable. Sometimes they both were present. They were very professional, placed our interests above their own and rendered service above and beyond industry norms to make buying our home a wonderful experience. I have been a real estate attorney for 49 years and have worked with many realtors over the years.
