Buyer reviewWent in very fast and timely with strong offer against multiple. I feel I did not overpay for current market value. Mona put together our last minute offer to the sellers and got it because of a clever addition (leaseback) to our offer. Very satisfied. This is our 4th house with Mona.

Buyer reviewMy father worked with Mona previously many years ago and had me tag along in the process to dip my toes into the house buying experience. Twelve years later when reaching out to buy our own first house, and Mona not only remembered my father (and me), but remembered the area he bought the house in! She truly understood what we were wanting in a house and was able to find the perfect house in a wonderful location in our price range. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and she never hesitated to answer them clearly and to make sure we were aware of everything we needed to take care of well in advance of due dates. She was absolutely wonderful!

Seller reviewIn 1998, when we were looking to buy our current home, we discovered Mona Unkefer! Mona Unkefer is THE Woman! We were aware that Mona was a $Million seller, and even though our budget was hardly close to that, she treated us as equals. Never felt offended by her. Her tremendous knowledge, personality, and sense of humor made the whole process fun and interesting. Not to mention, we felt we could trust her knowledge of the real estate business. Even signing all the many documents, etc. She explained everyone of them and answered all our questions. We had never sold a house before, even though we have bought 2 houses. We have learned a lot from Mona Unkefer. In fact, we may be using her services again soon! THANK YOU Mona. You're the best!
