Her positive attitude, professionalism, communication skills, market knowledge, and high energy level were as appreciated this time around as they were five years ago. She's goes way beyond what I've experienced with other realtors and is always willing to help out in any way necessary. When I'm ready to purchase my next home in a year or two she'll be the first person I reach out to! Every home sale I've been through has been stressful. Buyer reviewWe were a relocation and Monica went out of her way many days for us as we searched for a home over a 3 months time span. There were lots of emotions and deflated feelings, but Monica kept trying for us even when we saw properties online that in person, when she visited, was not up to par. Now that we are in the area and have the experience with Monica, we would not work with another realtor. Got my insurance from Judge Fite and Gary was AMAZING.
