Buyer reviewI had never met or even heard of Monica as I'm from Nebraska. I chose her from a picture of her and her piers. I liked the way she looked. ? It was a great fit for my husband and I. She helped in every possible aspect of the process from start to finish and was so very patient with me as I was having trouble making my final decision. Seller reviewMonica Nyenhuis helped us purchase our first Yuma home and she was a great advocate during the sale. A couple of years later, we needed to sell that home because of a problem neighbor. To help the sale we needed a court document called a Harassment Injunction, which would assure the new buyer that the neighbor's problem behavior would be restricted. Monica's contacts helped us figure out the injunction process. During the court procedings she appeared as our witness, which was instrumental in the injunction win, and we sold the home short afterwards. Monica is a dedicated realtor, but has also become a good friend. We have recommended her to others and they have been very happy with her work.
