Seller reviewMonica provided a first class service. I was remote most of the time during the sale. Monica ensured that I was fully aware of all communications. She took the initiative to give direction to the contractor doing repairs and the landscape company to get the yard in shape. She effectively managed and educated the buyers agent to ensure that my best interest were taken care of. In addition Monica provided great guidance on staging and getting the house prepared to show and ready for open houses. The entire transaction was low stress and went very smooth.

Seller reviewoh my gosh, Monica was terrific, always could get a hold of her, always had an answer or said she would get the answer right away, always did what she said she would do, and always was professional (and i worked in the real estate industry with her 25 yrs ago) and she lived close to my house i was selling, so that was one reason i thought was a good reason to to use here and she is a person of her word, and considerate, kind, all wrapped into one excellent realtor. Everything went without a glitch. kk

I live 3 hours away and was unable to meet contractors etc and she assisted every step of the way. This made the endeavor less stressful.
