Monica had previously shown me a couple houses when I was in the market to buy, so when it came time to sell my house she was my first and only call. Once meeting with her to show the house and go over all the details, my house was listed and SOLD within 1 week!! She took care of everything and all I had to do was show up at closing! I was very pleased and would definitely recommend Monica to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!
