Buyer reviewMorgan Pearcy was always there anytime we had any questions even at night or on the weekends. She was friendly but professional at the same time. We hadn't bought a house in over 30 years and Morgan made the process easy and stress free. On our final walk through before closing we weren't satisfied with how the air conditioning was working. The seller already had someone service the air conditioner and said it was working fine. But it wasn't. Morgan new we weren't happy, so the next day she had their HVAC guy go to the house to look at it. He found there was a small problem with the air conditioning and was able to fix it for $300. Which Morgan got the sellers to pay for. We believe Morgan went above and beyond to make us happy with buying our house.
