I don't know how I can explain it how great Mychal Toscas was! I told him I had a someone that wanted to buy and what they were offering me. He said "listen It's worth $50,000 more". I couldn't believe it. But he was confident and I just felt I could trust him. I knew his name from the neighborhood and I trusted him and went with him. And sure enough he got me $50,000 more and in 1 week! Not only that but I live out of state and he had got rid of all the remaining furniture, Had it cleaned, picked weeds and changed the locked for me. Two say he went above and beyond is an understatement. This was true service! I even told him I wanted to give him MORE money and he said thank you but he couldn't accept. 10/10 this guys it unreal

Mychal was very knowledgeable and approachable. He responds very quickly and was able to set up showings for all the homes we wanted to see as well as other good choices that he found himself. He was excellent at negotiating prices and getting us the best deal. I would highly recommend him to any friends and family.

I thought he was very accessible and professional and I really appreciate the referral for having the furnace replaced and being present while the work was being done and that he met with the village inspector for me so that I did not have to take a day off of work. Overall I was very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend using Mychal if you want a straightforward and trustworthy agent to list your home.
