I have worked with Nancy over the past 15 years. I located her on line and she helped me purchase my first property, which was perfect for me. Over the years, she has proven to be a trustworthy, knowledgeable and caring realtor. I would not consider working with any other relator in the area.
Nancy took care of inspections, kept everyone on the same page with communication, she handled key exchanges, and interacted with my tenants when I was renting. She does everything to ensure her clients are happy.

I live in North Jersey and I know the owner of the Century 21 Four Star office in Bergenfield, so I turned to them to recommend someone in my hometown area, who would be the BEST fit for a First-Time Home Buyer. Someone who has expertise knowledge of the area (especially since I have not lived there in over 20 years!) and who was extremely nice and patient. And I ended up with Nancy Biancamano! Who was the PERFECT MATCH for me and my fiance! She was everything we needed, and then some!
The thing that sealed the deal was we walked in for our first meeting with her, and she tells my fiance he looks VERY familiar! Come to find out, she went to High School with his Father! How perfect is that! What a memory she has!!! We all agreed... She was meant to be our Realtor!!!
Nancy was the BEST WITH EVERYTHING when it came to the actual aspects of the purchase! Considering I live 40+ minutes/miles away, she was ALWAYS readily available around my schedule. The day we saw the house we ended up purchasing went on the market, which was a Sunday, I reached out to her, and we both juggled our schedules to see this house ASAP!
That Tuesday we met at the house, went through the entire house, discussed the price, which she us great tips about (which in turn ended up working in our favor!), and she typed up the contract THAT NIGHT!
The Seller even agree to not show the house to anyone else (one of those tips! Because the 1st Time Home Buyer Federal Program I was in took longer than the original Closing Date, and we would have lost the house for sure!!!)
Her knowledge of the area is IMPECCABLE! Like I mentioned, I have not lived in that area in 20+ years, so having her know what has changed, the neighbors, the new flood zones post-Super Storm Sandy, and what is "common" to that area's houses/properties was AMAZING!
Nancy also recommended the Home Inspector, who was absolutely WONDERFUL! We could not have picked a better, honest, reasonable, extremely knowledgeable, and nice person!
She even went ABOVE AND BEYOND when it came to the Appraisal!!! She got a hold of the Appraiser when NO ONE ELSE COULD!!! Only to find out she was out-of-state on vacation! My mortgage broker/company had no idea! We'd STILL be waiting on that Appraisal if Nancy had not persevered and tried every aspect to get a hold of her, and get her to the house!
Nancy was the SHINING STAR of the ENTIRE process!!!
The mortgage process was literally the WORST experience of my life!!! If it wasn't for Nancy to keep me smiling, laughing, staying in contact with the Seller to rest assure them, and keeping us focused on the end results, we would NEVER had gotten through this with the MOST AMAZING HOUSE!!! (that was in our budget, of course!)
