Seller reviewNancy-Ellen was outstanding. Presenting a marketing plan, capturing local comparisons and showing us what she felt we should ask for the house. She took time to make suggestions to help it show and provided names of vendors to assist. Once under contract she was pro-actively engage in all levels of communications and helped educate us on potential impacts when we had to make decisions to enable the sale to move forward. Very supportive.

Buyer reviewNancy-Ellen went beyond what was expected of her. She contacted the Condo Association to rectify a problem - this should have been done by the sellers' agent but was not. The condo would not have closed if it wasn't for Nancy-Ellen completing this.
