Seller reviewNancy was knowledgable about the area and what my house was worth. She priced it just right and was able to negotiate it to where we initially estimated the worth was. It was a difficult sale since the house was not ready in the eyes of the buyer, but Nancy finessed the sale through by being diligent in her negotiations and being a good listener to what I wanted and what the buyer needed. Ultimately, I couldn't be more thrilled with her service. She was communicative throughout the process and kept me in the know throughout all of the negotiations. I would use her again and would recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying or selling in the New Haven area.

Buyer reviewThis was a tricky purchase. A prior contract was broken before we made an offer; then we made an offer without being able to go lower after the inspection, although Nancy coached me in offering lower and they took the bid. Then the tenant wouldn't leave and we waited three weeks before we could close. Throughout all of that, Nancy was available and communicative and coached me through it. The deal could have fallen through multiple times but Nancy helped me to keep me eyes on the closing. I'm grateful for her partnership in this purchase,
