Growing up in North Carolina, I had the wonderful opportunity to be a regular visitor to the Grand Strand of North Myrtle and Myrtle Beach. In 1994 my husband and I purchased a lovely home on a channel of the Cherry Grove Inlet. It was always a dream to be considered a "local" and we have been fortunate that our dream became a reality much sooner than expected. Prior to my real estate career, I worked in the field of interior design. Most recently, I was a full time mother and community volunteer. As our two children grew and started to leave the nest, I decided to pursue a new career in real estate - a decision that has enabled me to fulfill a need to help others as well as to generate income. I feel blessed with a career that I absolutely love and living in a place that I consider paradise on earth! I am a licensed real estate broker in both South and North Carolina and am a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors®. I am excited to be working at Century 21®, the most recognized name in real estate and I am especially happy to be at Century 21 Thomas, a family-oriented, widely recognized and highly respected North Myrtle Beach real estate leader. My business and personal ethics are based on integrity and professionalism. I hope that when you have real estate needs in either South or North Carolina you will call me. Buyer reviewNancy was extremely helpful with our situation. We were inquiring about a home in N Myrtle beach and we live in PA. She went beyond our expectations in investigating the home, parking, surrounding area, comps, taxes, HOA, etc... Nancy actually went to the township to check on zoning and because this home was part of a foreclosure, she contacted attorneys, and history of the builder. She made our decision making easy because of her work she put in. She answered or got us answers to all our questions and concerns. Purchasing a home is stressful especially out of state. Nancy made this a pleasure. I would and will recommend Nancy to other buyers. Overall Nancy is excellent and knows her profession extremely well. She is the best realtor we ever dealt with, but she is also a great person and consider her our friend now.

Ours was a short sale, which can be difficult and at times frustrating and disappointing. Having moved out of town after putting the home on the market, Nancy had to handle all local aspects of the sale. She exceeded any expectations and was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the rafts of complex documentation. She was a superb go between with the banks involved.
