Growing up in North Carolina, I had the wonderful opportunity to be a regular visitor to the Grand Strand of North Myrtle and Myrtle Beach. In 1994 my husband and I purchased a lovely home on a channel of the Cherry Grove Inlet. It was always a dream to be considered a "local" and we have been fortunate that our dream became a reality much sooner than expected. Prior to my real estate career, I worked in the field of interior design. Most recently, I was a full time mother and community volunteer. As our two children grew and started to leave the nest, I decided to pursue a new career in real estate - a decision that has enabled me to fulfill a need to help others as well as to generate income. I feel blessed with a career that I absolutely love and living in a place that I consider paradise on earth! I am a licensed real estate broker in both South and North Carolina and am a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors®. I am excited to be working at Century 21®, the most recognized name in real estate and I am especially happy to be at Century 21 Thomas, a family-oriented, widely recognized and highly respected North Myrtle Beach real estate leader. My business and personal ethics are based on integrity and professionalism. I hope that when you have real estate needs in either South or North Carolina you will call me. Seller reviewUntil the sale of our home, I never realized how much time, effort and dedication an excellent realtor invests in their client and their client's needs. Ours was a short sale, which can be difficult and at times frustrating and disappointing. Having moved out of town after putting the home on the market, Nancy had to handle all local aspects of the sale. She exceeded any expectations and was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the rafts of complex documentation. She was a superb go between with the banks involved. Her determination and tenacity on our behalf was heroic! Trust between the Realtor and client is paramount. Nancy Richardson proved to be an honest, hard working realtor with enormous integrity. Her timely communications, accessibility, knowledge, professionalism and her genuine care for us and our needs confirmed the trust that we have in her. Nancy's diligence in selling the home was awesome! She went way beyond our expectations and we would highly recommend her to anyone. A person could do no better than Nancy!

Buyer reviewMoving is hard enough especially 800 miles from home. That why we were so lucky to have Nancy. Her knowledge of the area and all aspects of real estate transaction's are unmatched. She made a very difficult move seem easy. Nancy is a true professional and a wonderful person. I wish all real estate agent's were half as good as her.

Seller reviewNancy has become a friend beyond an agent. She is to be trusted, she ethical and she is genuinely concerned and know her market as well. It's not ALL about the money. This is the third time we've worked with Nancy but beyond that - she has always been there for us. I would simply not work with any other agent. Our property was listed on Wednesday and sold on Saturday; thanking God we didn't have time to pursue much "sales" activity. Nancy was accessible and totally available throughout the entire process. Nancy would do anything to help you and she has gone beyond for the years we've known her. She didn't just "sell" a property and walk away. We also had congratulatory gifts etc and she offered to do whatever she could to make this easier. Circumstances haven't been great for the sale of the property. It was the result of losing the spouses of two of the owners. Nancy totally understood that and worked with us as family. I in particular needed that assurance that regardless, I didn't have to "wonder" if the information I was getting was trustworthy.
