Being from out of state, we were not familiar with the real estate in the Myrtle Beach area. Nannette Nelson met us on a very last minute request to see a home. After that first meeting, we knew we wanted her to help us find our perfect beach home! Throughout the entire process, she was always available by phone and email, and was extremely helpful and resourceful in answering all of our questions and concerns. She consistently went out of her way to be sure we had all of the information we needed to move forward in our search. Though we gave her quite an extensive list of criteria for our home, she met every challenge with a smile! She even recommended a few local restaurants, vets, and even radio stations! We would absolutely call Nannette again and would not hesitate to refer her to our friends and family!
