In fact if the couple didn't have mediation I would have been preapproced and closed in less than 30 days I would recommend Naomi to anyone looking to buy or sell. She is very knowledgeable and the best at what she does.

We reached out via social media and had an appointment set up within a few hours. After speaking with her and communicating our end goal, she immediately started sending us homes that were for sale as well as her builder recommendations. She responded very quickly to any questions we had during the process. She went with us to every appointment we had with builders and design teams. Her suggested mortgage lender turned out to be absolutely wonderful. Her entire team is great. She even helped us with our move. Naomi Payton is the real deal!
