Seller reviewNatalie Martinez helped me sell my first house in Palm Coast in which we had a buyer in one day, and then she helped me buy, then 5 years later, sell another house in Palm Coast in which we had a buyer within a week. I give her credit for this in her marketing skills and ability to set the right listing price. It was easy working with Natalie in getting the things done that we needed to do for a quick sale. I would highly recommend her as your real estate agent.

She provided clear and responsible proposals for our property and wa able to guide us to achieve maximum success in the the final outcome for the sale of our property. she saw the process of our property to the end constantle updating us with up to date status. she constantly reminded us that her final sale of our propertry is not the end of her services to us but will be availabe to see that we are fully packed and ready to leave. the best thing about Natalie is her big heart and generosity willing to volunteer her help and her husband. Both of them, Natalie and her husband helped us load our belongings to leave for Canada. We could not have done it without their help. We will, without hesitation, call on Natalie and recommend her services to people we know. Natalie is a great Relator with an insight for the Real Rstate Market to achieve success.
