Working with nick Blesz was a plesure , he sold 711 Regner rd mchenry il first and the lake house at 2885 regner rd , he went above and beyond he always kept me informed of all showings, feedback, he went beyond his duties to help me through all of this each step of the way. Buyer reviewDue to my work schedule I used to call/text him mostly late evening and he answered all queries. Nick is very professional in his work. every minute level details brings to client attention. All the issues and terms related to home was brought to seller attention to prior to closing. On our closing day, we had inspection tour and found some minor maintenance related problems. Nick bring those issue to our attorney's attention and we got credit from seller for about $150. That was really awesome.

Buyer reviewWe had our home built and Nick was very helpful when we had any questions or concerns. He was there when we met up with our sales counselor and he was there when we closed on our home. Since most of our dealings were with the sales counselor and builder, we didn't need to direct any questions to Nick. But he did call us and he did keep in touch to see how things were going. He was always on time and would recommend him to all my family and friends! We were so blessed to have him work with us.
