(best decision I made) Nick was always on his "A" game and made sure everything went smoothly to get the job done. He surrounds himself with professionals and he ended up saving me a lot of money!! He is always available and will tell you things how they are. He was very polite, patient, and never made me feel obligated to place a bid on anything. I would give him a 10/10 and will tell my friends and family to have Nick help them buy a house!

He really went above and beyond with helping me find a home. His experience and wisdom was awesome and very much appreciated because he didn't tell me lies. He told me how things was and his professional opinion and for that I was greatful. He was very helpful in every aspect, had great industry contacts, and was available anytime for all my 1st time homebuyer questions. He's a real estate agent rockstar! The entire search process took a couple of years, but he was always professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I'd definitely use him again and forward him to my friends and family.

Buyer reviewNick Blesz has helped us sell one home and purchase two homes. He listens to our concerns, understood our needs and helped us to find the right home. He helped us look in to the future of home and potential it really had. Nick Blesz does his research on homes prior to even starting to look at them. The fact that pictures and descriptions can be deceiving, Nick has all the elements of the house research and knows if something is of value or a possible problem house. Although my husband and I have worked with Nick Blesz before, my mother had not and he was very attentive to the needs of my mother when looking at a house, such as maybe too many stairs (my mom is handicapped), or the potential for a lift, access into house and such. Nick was more like a family member when searching for the right home, he was honest with us and wasn't afraid to tell us when something was wrong.
