Nick was always helpful and very punctual for meetings! He gave us a great suggestion when we initially bought our home a few years ago and it helped us get the home. He was always honest and to the point about our needs and our thoughts. If we were misinformed about something we found out on our own, he would kindly direct us in the right direction. We would definitely refer Nick and use his services again!

Nick Blesz is the best choice we made to represent my family in the purchase of our new home. We really wanted the house, but the seller was very unreasonable and we almost walked away form the sale. Due to NIck's caring ways, he discussed with us for a long time and discussing with us. He took the time to explain everything and shared his experience. I have never met a realtor agent that spends so much quality time with their client. Nick never hesitate to work around our busy schedule. He took the entry care and time to work with us. Nick took us multiple times to look at the house, due to the bad up keeping of the house. He never complained about the time spent, because he knew how important it is. Nick also is very responsible and punctual. If he promises to get you something he does, even in the middle of the night. I plan on using Nick to sell my current house after I move. It would be nice for Nick to represent us now as a seller. We have already recommended Nick to other friends,. So overall I give Nick a A++++++++++++++++ He is not only our realtor, but also a friend.
