From our first discussion with Nick about our corporate relocation from Ponte Vedra, FL to Dallas, TX, Nick was extremely helpful in understanding our rapid timelines. He was great at taking our needs/desires regarding neighborhoods and housing amenities, and then directing us to neighborhoods to explore. Nick was always available via phone, since were still in FL, and would talk for 15 minutes or 1.5 hrs depending on our needs and requirements.
Nick was fantastic when it came to negotiating the deal. TX real estate has lots of nuances that are very different from other states, so Nick was extremely helpful in guiding us through these activities. We found Nick's attention to detail to be excellent, never dropping any To Do's through the process and always staying a step ahead all the way through Closing.
Nick was hands-down the best real estate agent that we have worked with in comparison to 6 other real estate agents during our home buying/selling transactions. Nick is very friendly, really listened to our wants/desires in a house, and directed us only to homes that consistently met all or almost all of our requirements.
