Nick is very friendly and charismatic! He was a pleasure to work with. He did an incredible job not only helping me find the perfect apartment, but guiding me at each step along the way. Nick has been the absolute best resource I could have hoped for when buying and (soon-to-be) selling my home. He's been super helpful when it comes to pricing the market or reaching out for questions about how and when to put my current home on the market as well and I will 100% be having Nick and the Allen-Turner Home Team sell my home when ready. They worked hard to help get the place ready and our listing and photographs were amazing. We ended up having one offer before we even listed, had several more the first weekend we listed, and ended up getting a great offer above listing price! Personally have known Nick since college, but he was recommended by two mutual friends whom he had already helped purchase a home. Nick was amazing throughout the experience, especially taking into account the madness of the early 2021 Atlanta housing market, with low inventory, watching houses leave the market in days or hours at ridiculous prices. Kept us informed of opportunities and kept us from chasing houses that didn't meet our needs. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Nick even went into homes and did videos for us to save time and keep us safe. Nick was impressive. Quick to call, text, email with any developments, and kept us on track throughout the process. If we wanted to know about a house we saw online, he looked into it for us. Was great at keeping our spirits up as some houses were bought for cash outside our price range (and well outside their listed prices) and helped us get the perfect house for us. Everyone was friendly and professional, from initial reviews of our own home as a sales opportunity, to the mimosas at closing.
