We experienced significant difficulties in the sale of our home when the original buyer essentially backed out. Stacey handled everything promptly and clearly. Although at the time the outlook seemed bleak, the entire situation turned out to be a blessing. We were back on the market in short order and had a much better buyer within 48 hours. Stacey was quick to gather all the information on the new house, as well as price our current home. All this was completed while we were in Mexico! Technology/eSign is a beautiful thing indeed.
Upon an accepted offer on the new house pending the sale of our current, we immediately began the process of preparing for showings. Stacey hosted the first open house with much success and interested buyers. Her feedback was incredibly helpful, and we accepted an offer within weeks.
The following weeks of packing made it a crazy ride. However the closing is an entirely new level of insanity. The morning of the closings, we quickly realized our packing company was not as swift as we hoped, and we were in danger of not being out in time for the new owners to move in. This is where having the most amazing realtor really makes the difference! Within an hour, she was at our home, kicked off her shoes and helped us physically move and pack items into the moving trucks. Not only that, she called in family reinforcements that rolled up their sleeves and packed their own trucks and trailers as well! Talk about going above and beyond!!
We definitely could not have made this move happen without Stacey. As always, she really took care of us well during the negotiation, closing, and even after closing. We hope that we will be in this home for many years to come, but when it is time to move again, we will definitely call Stacey! We recommend her and the entire C21 Acre team. BRAVO!

Stacy actually answered her phone whenever we called her, every time, early or late in the day. She kept us well informed throughout the entire process from the several offers to purchase to the closing, which occurred 12 weeks after the first showing. Stacy is very well organized and accommodated our schedule to include evening meetings for signing documents.
Best of all, Stacy is fun!
Stacy's assistant Nichole was very capable and polite. The office staff were also very helpful and polite. They were always well informed as to why we were there whether for signing documents for Stacy or collecting information regarding our listing/sale.
Our home was listed on Sept. 18 and we accepted a final offer on November 10 and after that there were no hitches. The closing was completed competently with no inconvenience on our part. Stacy even delivered the check to us that evening on her way to another appointment.

I have used Stacey before. When it came time to sell the family home my brothers had their idea for a realtor, one was going to do this for far less. After showing my family concerns about other realtors, I showed them the positives about stacey. 1 she has made a name for herself in the community, she has a network and knows who is looking for what. 2 webpage, (there is an area to improve there.)3. Connected to zillow, realtor.com etc. So the marketing is there. 4. I prefer the brown signs over the white and blue. Lol;) stacey is detailed, she works with you. It was easy with her as my brothers wanted a higher initially, I believe she and I knew we would get much less in the end but, it was nice on my side of this situation. I believe she is a honest hard working sincere, positive person. I may not have understood everything with the paperwork but she was kind about it. Selling is stressful, selling the family homestead was difficult, I couldn't have done it without here. I didn't need to ask for much, she was pretty much on top of everything. My hands have been full she took away this burden, giving me time to work on other thing. Thanks, stay kind, selling is stressful.
The website could use a tweek. Once it is off new listing, hard to find properties. People had mention also that they were looking for lake property and couldnt find available lake properties so they went to zillow to look.
