Buyer reviewThere was a number of problems from my previous broker. Century 21 and Nick have been amazing. Very new to this process. Nick broke everything down in simple terms and helped me get through this complex process. he is an amazing educator in this respect. On a number of occasions, he went out of his way to find some houses that suited my needs. If it was not for him, I probably would not have been the owner of my new house now. always very accessible. Would give me a phone call or text right away if I needed questions answered. Even after the closing, he would ask how things went and how things are going. If I ever buy another house or sell, I would go back to him.

Seller reviewNick was aware of all aspects of the sale of our property on Lake Cayuga and proceeded accordingly. He connected us with excellent lawyers and worked very well with the buyer. Without Nick's very professional interaction with the buyer, it is unlikely we would have gotten the sale price he and I set. Nick quickly answered all our questions and made all the arrangements necessary for the sale. He kept me in the loop throughtout the process. I would use his services again in a heartbeat.
