The sale process ended up taking much longer than expected due to challenging market conditions, but Nicole remained patient, proactive, and committed throughout. Her guidance and steady communication made a stressful process much more manageable, and I always felt like she had my best interests at heart. Nicole walked us through the entire process from start to finish. She was quick to answer any questions that we had and had a great recommendation of someone to use for every service we needed along the way, such as lenders and inspectors. She was available whenever we wanted to see a house or needed guidance on anything at all. With all of her help and knowledge she made buying our first home a great and easy experience!
