met. One of my biggest things, was finding a garage for my cars. (it was a must have) we went through so many houses. (some had the garage i was looking for and not the space) & vise versa. I finally set on a house not far away from my job. i was ready to sign until. the sellers ran into problems on selling the house to the new owner. one week passed then another. i remember nichole saying "lets look other houses" (and we did) one night i saw a house that just hit the market. i immediately contacted nicole. everything was in my budget. seeing the house in person it was everything and more. (there was no other ppl looking at it) i bit the bullet and signed some papers. I cant thank enough Nicole & CENTURY 21 Jack Ruddy Real Estate for their effort. Never did i think i could own a home. It took some work and planning. Its ppl like Nicole who work tirelessly for her clients. No one should take advantage of Nicole's kindness and hard work!
