Seller reviewSelling our home with Nicole was a great decision. We had some turbulence along the way, but no matter the issue, she was able to come in and take over or help when needed. We were navigating a move with a toddler and newborn, I wont ever forget when she completely handled getting our home ready for pictures, because I didn't get it done on time. There were no issues, she didn't even think twice, she just did. I was so grateful for her in that moment. She will work hard for you! I highly recommend her for your buying and selling needs.

Caught in the middle was Nicole, going far out of her way to keep me in the loop, contacting lawyers for me, physically going to the property to check what was said was done, all the while clearly and kindly keeping me informed over the course of many weeks of this chaos.

She was always available to answer every question at anytime of the day. As a first time home buyer, we were confident she would make this a smooth process. She was on top of everything, even after closing she has kept in touch to see how things were going. If we ever need to upgrade in the future, we will definitely choose Nicole again!
