Buyer reviewNicole was constantly sending us houses that fit our criteria before we actually met in person and went over a few of the houses. That went on for almost 4-5 months before we decided to start seeing them in person. Once we met in person, she observed what we liked and didnt like in houses and continued to narrow down houses that jumped out to us, before bringing it up to us. This was uncommon for us as others just tossed in houses within the price ranges and nothing more. There are many things that allow Nicole Ruggiero to function as an amazing realtor but her evolving our housing choices and basing them off what we liked, didnt like from previous houses we checked out was simply, going over the top for her job and us. When we are ready to move or purchase again, we hope Nicole is still around to make this process that much easier. Thanks again Nicole!!!

Nicole answered her phone within minutes each and every time that we needed her. She was professional, knowledgeable and reliable. She never ever pressured us, and she always respected our budget. Nicole never provided her opinion, but only her professional knowledge. Nicole was punctual, always on time, a pleasure to work with and was very, very knowledgeable. She was consistent and persistent, but also friendly, welcoming and reassuring. I cannot say enough positive things about her. Using her as our realtor was the best decision we ever made. I would recommend Nicole without any hesitation to any of my friends and family.
