Seller reviewNicole Touchette is the ultimate professional. Along with that she was friendly and personable. She was extremely knowledgeable of the market and our home's position it it. Her advice on pricing our home was right on target resulting in an offer within 3 weeks from listing. Nicole was always accessible. If she was not immediately available she was prompt in getting back to us. Nicole always delivered on any commitment. Nicole many times told us that if we ever needed anthing she was always there for us. In fact when I was in need of a realtor in another market to sell a home I inherited, Nicole provided me with a name and contact information. That referral was spot on and resulted in a sale.
