Buyer reviewAs first-time home buyers, we were not entirely sure how the process worked. Nikki walked us through every step and helped us understand how it all worked. She is so friendly and welcoming. She updated us every step of the way, and went above and beyond when it came to any concerns or requests that we brought to her. We were moving out of state and she did a great job on educating my husband and I about the area and the community. She made the home buying process an absolute breeze for us and I will be coming to her when the time for another move comes!

Nikki went up and beyond helping me find the perfect home for my family. I tried to sell my other home by owner, but knew from my first experience with her, I definitely needed her again. She is so personable, honest, down to Earth and made the buying and selling process smooth without any additional stress for me. Nikki explained processes that I was unsure of and answered my questions with patience and confidence. Nikki excelled in all of these categories. I felt like I have known her for years. She will be my realtor for all future selling/buying needs!!!

Buyer reviewI cannot praise Nikki highly enough! Nikki was always available and was so fast to call or text to answer my never ending questions. She was so personal and never made it feel like she was too busy for me. I know she had other clients while working with us but you'd never know that with how well organized and patient and quick to respond. I've been recommending her to everyone!

Whenever we couldn't be there for an appointment like the inspection she made sure to be there and gave us very detailed notes of everything it was amazing!
