As first-time home buyers, we were not entirely sure how the process worked. Nikki walked us through every step and helped us understand how it all worked. She is so friendly and welcoming. She updated us every step of the way, and went above and beyond when it came to any concerns or requests that we brought to her. We were moving out of state and she did a great job on educating my husband and I about the area and the community.
