I had originally attended Columbus State Community College majoring in Early Childhood Development but then was approached a job selling New Homes with Centex. I honestly didn't think that would be for me but after 8 years selling New Homes I truly LOVED it! I then began to receive calls for Realtor referrals and passed out Realtor cards left & right! Then I realized why don't I become a Realtor. I was working with MI Homes at the time and made a very hard decision to leave and get my Real Estate License ASAP! I went to school full-time then took the test! Then I became licensed in 2008. I knew it would NOT be easy but I was determined to be a Top Realtor/Producer. I have a TRUE Passion for what I do and wouldn't change a thing! I have recently been recognized as the NUMBER ONE within the Century 21 region!

Nikki is a joy to work with. She's down to earth and professional. In past experiences (before Nikki) Over-the-top sales persons tended to annoy me. They gave answers that they felt I wanted to hear rather than the truth. There's nothing worse than someone who doesn't seem to be genuine in my opinion. THIS IS NOT NIKKI. It was more like dealing with a close friend although we had just met. She handled the sale like a champ even when we ran into some ridiculous requests from the buyer. She wasn't afraid to walk if we needed to. She didn't push me to agree to their terms just so she could get paid. She had more concern that I came out on top and I appreciated that. Nikki Dinardo = 10/10, two thumbs up, swipe right, double rainbow, the cat's meow, would recommend to a friend

Nikki took care of everything we needed since property was out of town. We trusted her pricing/marketing strategy even though we though she was listing property too high and she was able to sell at LIST PRICE.

Nikki was amazing! I was referred to her by a co-worker and don't think I could have made it through the process without her. This was my first home purchase and I had no idea what I was doing. She guided me through the whole process in an informative and friendly manner. Nikki was always available to get ahold of and just a text away when I needed her to answer one of my million questions. Through this buying experience, I have gained a realtor, friend, and life coach.
