Octavia was by far the greatest realtor! Not only was she patient with me but she also listened to my concerns. She gave me the knowledge and provide resources when/if she was unsure. She was very authentic and didn't push me to looking at things that didnt serve my needs for my families first home. Although I was in the hospital while searching for my first home. She made herself available to met the hectic schedule of my spouse to ensure we were still able to see the homes. She gave me honest opinions on home I assumed were perfect. She also facetimed me individually before he arrived so it was even more personal. Overall my family was appreciative that even when things felt rocky and I felt like I wasn't being heard from other parties within the home buying process she genuinely advocated for me. She ensured me that it would all work out and gave me hope! I love my house and I would refer her Every Single Time!
