Oleg lossem is THE BEST REALTOR!!! I've dealt with many good realtors during my lifetime, but Oleg FAR EXCEEDED all of them in terms of professionalism, service, knowledge and responsiveness. Most importantly, I trust his counsel. I never felt that he was trying to sell me a home - a complaint I have with most realtors. He always listened and knew exactly what we were looking to buy and didn't waste our time. Additionally, he is very patient. Our home shopping process actually took a few years before we were able to move to Florida. I felt guilty in the beginning because I know realtors want the "quick sale" but with Oleg we never felt it was about the commission. Oleg also goes beyond what anyone would expect during the important post-sale. We wanted to address a few items afterwards, and he personally researched service provides, even negotiating competitive prices.
