After running my own successful Direct Marketing agency for 13 years, and working as a marketing executive for some well-known companies for 10 years prior to that, I firmly believe that success for my Real Estate clients requires the same STRATEGIC and targeted MARKETING approach.
When the opportunity presented itself to move into real estate full time, I realized how imperative it was for a REALTOR to have exceptional marketing and NEGOTIATION skills in order to effectively serve their clients. I am now an ASSOCIATE BROKER and have built a successful referral-only business.
I have lived in the north Atlanta suburbs since 1995 and know and love the area well. I have two boys that went through the Forsyth County Schools, and are now young men and considerably taller than me! This is home.

She answered all of my questions, whether via phone, email or texts; took time to fully explain every questions or answer, and, made sure I understood before moving on or hanging up. Very sweet woman, beautiful smile, great sense of humor, and, very respectful of the difficulties surrounding our sale. Move over Mark Spain, there's a new Agent in town! The sale of our house was way less than 2 weeks. The house had not yet been listed when the sign went on the lawn. 2 days later we had an offer, BEFORE the house hit the market! All of your Agents should shadow Pam and follow in her footsteps! It was a terrifying experience for me, but Pam made me feel at ease throughout the whole process...thank you!

Seller reviewI was referred to Pam by a Divorce Financial Adviser. I was told Pam would be able to handle the difficult divorce agreement and the challenges of dealing with my ex. She did that and so much more!!!! Pam handled every aspect of the sale of my marital home. She dealt with my ex so I didn't have to. She encouraged me along the way during the cleaning out process, staging the home and showings. I always felt I would get through because Pam was there, every step of the way, letting me know I could do it and I was not alone! Pam has such a warm heart. She made a huge business transaction seem like something we would do over coffee!

Buyer reviewPam Evans was instrumental in helping us find a home in the short time we had. We chose Pam because of her work experience and knowledge of the area. We had too move quick (1 week) and she was patient and made sure we got to see the homes we wanted to see. If you are looking for a home in the North Fulton/South Cumming (that's the only place we were looking) then Pam is your realtor!

Felt very comfortable with the advice and definitely with the outcome of the entire procedure. Would highly recommend Pam Evans and Century 21 to those that need to change locations. If I could create a sentence that would include every one of the words listed above that would come close to the professionalism and personal attention of Pam Evans. Very complicated process but fully understood every step in the process, which was so very comfortable. Did not deal with a lot of staff but felt comfortable with everyone we communicated with.
