Pam listened, asked us good questions, and demonstrated deep knowledge of the market including what to look for in a house and proven techniques for securing a house in this crazy market. She impressed us from our very first meeting. It was a delight to work with Pam. Her knowledge, guidance, and approach helped us secure the first home on which we made an offer. Without her strategic guidance during the offer stage, we may not have landed our new home. What's more, if we hadn't followed her urging to have our own home ready to list before Memorial Day, we may not have sold our own home as quickly or for the price we did given the way the market has changed. Pam (and Anne) made my buying expierience quick and painless. Their knowledge and experience helped me place my first offer on a house and was accepted in the first try! After the inspection, they walked through multiple strategies to negotiate based on findings which was super appreciative. I'd definitely recommend them to any and all of my friends/family, and will certainly use them if/when I buy again.

Her Market Analyses were good and she even has a list of good contractors if you need them! Pam understands condominium purchases involve more than just the unit you are buying. She understands about associations and to look into their disclosures and financials to see if the association fees are adequate to cover all costs (to avoid ugly, unexpected large assessments in the future). Can't say enough good about Pam. We have purchased and sold many properties in our life time and she stands out as one of the top agents we have worked with. I have already referred Pam to my sister who is looking to sell her home and get into something without the outside maintenance.

We worked with Pam Hendrickson on several occasions in the past and were always impressed by her attention to detail, knowledge of the home buying process and most importantly, negotiating skills. Some years ago we interviewed a handful of agents and it was a clear cut decision to work with Pam. Her talents as an agent, professionalism and personality very much aligned with ours. In all honesty, one of the agents we interviewed during that earlier period was a veritable train wreck, so Pam clearly demonstrated she was the polar opposite, meeting our expectations as a person with integrity which also reflected directly on Century 21 Premier Group as an organization.
