She took the time to really understand our wants and needs, and make recommendations based on the market. She is extremely responsive and a terrific communicator. She always made herself available to us at any time during the day or night if we had questions or concerns. She immediately scheduled all of the showings we requested, and we often saw multiple homes in multiple cities on the same day, even though she was only provided with short notice to schedule them.
