Friends. I am excited to announce my association with Century 21 Smith Branch and Pope, LLC. Located in Tifton, Sylvester, Cordele, and Lake Blackshear. I recently received my Georgia license to go with my Florida license since 2002. Now living at Lake Blackshear I will be focused on lakefront properties here and properties in Albany. The lake is a fabulous community of residents, retirees, young families, vacation homes, and investment opportunities . Having been at the lake since childhood I feel I have an intimate knowledge of locations, neighborhoods, and lake life.
