My husband and I came to the area to look into possibly purchasing a lake house. We just happened to run into the office and asked to speak to someone. Pat came out and spent an hour with us. He made us feel so welcome and we absolutely felt no pressure. It was the best experience we have ever had dealing with purchasing a property.
