She received her Bachelor's degree in Finance from the George Washington University and went on to obtain her Master of Business Administration degree from Rice University in Houston, Texas. Patience has worked in the Finance & Accounting field for over 28 years. She bought her first house just 2 years out of college and she enjoyed the experience. She decided to get her real estate license so that she can help other people to get the same awesome home buying and selling experience that she got. Patience Addo and I worked through increasing interest rates, a sale that fell through and unique buyer offers and concession requests. These challenges led to the property staying on the market for about 52 weeks. Throughout the process Patience was optimistic, attentive and professional. Through Patience's efforts we achieve the final results of selling the property I inherited from my mother and distributing the proceeds to my siblings per her wishes.
