Of the two agents I considered, Patty Bolin was most knowledgeable about the local area and she provided me with the comfort level that she would aggressively prospect the property to find the best buyer for the best possible price. Patty was right there throughout the entire sales process providing updates by phone, text and e-mail on showings and prospective buyer feedback. She was also helpful in looking after the property while it was vacant. Patty answered my phone calls very promptly and kept me very informed. She helped coordinate details with Chelsea Title who provided our closing services. Following the closing, Patty even provided a personal Thank You card for allowing her to list, show and sell our property.
