Seller reviewCan't ever imagine finding a better broker anywhere in this country. Patti Davila is the epitome of professionalism. Thank goodness for brokers like her. Was listed as "coming soon" but received an offer within 48 hours. It took only 42 days from signing agreement until day of closing. Everything went very smooth. After reading my review and you chose someone else then other than Patti Davila that's on you if your experience is not a great one. Save yourself the anguish of only hoping you have a great realtor and just call her at 954-821-0257.
