Patricia came highly recommended by a friend who recently purchased a home in Spokane with Patricia. Patricia worked over the holidays to provide us with a list of homes to look at, then helped us gain access to homes we wanted to explore more thoroughly. She educated us about the local market and gave us her opinion without being pushy or judgemental. What a great experience this whole home buying has been thanks to Patricia o'Callaghan. It was a lot crazy and scarey at times for me but Patricia did an amazing job holding my hand along the way, helping me to understand all the lingo, and taking the pressure out for me. Patricia O'callaghan's greatest strength would have to be her wonderfully bubbly and fun personality, with a side of kindness. Wonderful experience for my first time home buying!
